• 5 Pad football girdle (required for games)
• Soft cup (required for games)
• Cleats (required for games)
• Helmet Chinstrap-(navy blue, black or white)

If players choose to wear a visor on their helmet it must be clear (no tint)

Required paperwork:

• Medical Release  on SCJAAF form only (required before the first day of practice) The original and one copy. 
• Original Birth Certificate
• Copy of utility bill (all addresses on all paperwork must match)
